Before You Submit a Ticket

Many common questions are answered in the documentation included with your purchase.

Check the following before submitting a PhotoEZ support request:

Make sure PhotoEZ is installed and activated correctly in your WordPress dashboard under Plugins.

Confirm your WordPress version is 6.0 or higher and your PHP version is 8.0 or higher.

Check that any required plugins are active — the Booking Addon requires PhotoEZ Core, and the Contracts addon requires both PhotoEZ Core and the Booking Addon.

Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to rule out a conflict.

Common PhotoEZ Support Questions

My client gallery link is not working

Make sure the gallery is Published and not in Draft status.

Check that the gallery status is set to Pending — not Delivered.

Confirm the full link including the token was sent to the client.

Ask the client to try opening the link in an incognito browser window.

Emails are not being delivered

WordPress email delivery can be unreliable on some hosting providers.

Go to PhotoEZ Settings and enable SMTP using a transactional email service like Mailgun or SendGrid.

Check your spam folder first before submitting a PhotoEZ support ticket.

Images are not uploading

Check your PHP upload_max_filesize and post_max_size settings in your hosting control panel.

We recommend setting both to at least 64MB.

Try uploading images in smaller batches if you have a large gallery.

The booking form is not showing

Make sure the PhotoEZ Booking Addon is installed and activated.

Confirm the page contains the [photoez_booking] shortcode.

Check that WooCommerce is active if you are collecting deposits.

What to Include in Your Support Request

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible please include the following in your PhotoEZ support ticket.

Your WordPress version and PHP version.

The name of the plugin you need help with — PhotoEZ Core, Booking Addon, or Contracts.

A clear description of the issue including any error messages you see.

Steps to reproduce the problem if possible.

A list of other active plugins on your site.
