1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the EJS Tech website at ejstech.net (“Site”) or purchasing any EJS Tech software products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.
2. PRODUCTS AND LICENSES
EJS Tech sells WordPress plugins and software products (“Products”) under annual license agreements. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on the number of websites specified in your license tier for the duration of your license period.

3. ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWAL
EJS Tech Products are sold as annual licenses. Your license includes software updates and support for one full year from the date of purchase. At the end of your license period, you may renew your license to continue receiving updates and support. Your Product will continue to function after license expiration, but you will no longer receive software updates or support until renewed.
4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a Product has been downloaded or activated. If you experience a technical issue with a Product, please contact our support team at support@ejstech.net and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EJS Tech.
5. SUPPORT
Support is included with an active license. EJS Tech provides support via our website support portal at ejstech.net/support. We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days. Support covers installation assistance, bug fixes, and general usage questions. Support does not include custom development, customization services, or issues caused by third-party plugin conflicts.
6. SOFTWARE UPDATES
Active license holders receive all software updates released during their license period, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are delivered through the standard WordPress update mechanism.
7. REQUIREMENTS
EJS Tech Products require a self-hosted WordPress installation (WordPress.org). Our Products are not compatible with WordPress.com hosted plans. Minimum requirements are listed on each Product’s individual page. EJS Tech is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by outdated WordPress core, themes, or third-party plugins.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All EJS Tech Products, including their code, design, documentation, and branding, are the intellectual property of EJS Tech and are protected by copyright law. The EJS Tech name, logo, and product names are trademarks of EJS Tech. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use EJS Tech trademarks without prior written consent.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EJS Tech Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. EJS Tech does not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party software, themes, or hosting environments. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of EJS Tech Products.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EJS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Products or Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, even if EJS Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. EJS Tech’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some EJS Tech Products integrate with third-party services such as WooCommerce, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. EJS Tech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of the EJS Tech website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ejstech.net/privacy-policy. By using our Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
EJS Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Site or Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
